Every chapter on this site was fetched from a public domain translation and carries a link to the page it came from. Nothing here is paraphrased or reconstructed.
Not yet held, and therefore not shown: The Book of Jubilees, Kufale. These are public domain and are being sourced. They will appear here once the text is actually in hand, never before.
The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church counts 81 books. Around eleven of them, chiefly 1, 2 and 3 Meqabyan and the Ethiopic New Testament books, have never entered the public domain in English, so they are named in the canon map but not reproduced here. Any edition claiming to hand you all 81 in English is either reproducing copyrighted translation work or quietly leaving books out.
1, 2 and 3 Meqabyan are not 1 and 2 Maccabees. They are separate Ge'ez works.
